🚀 We Are Hiring: MEPF Manager (Pre-Construction | Quantity Surveying)
Squally Infrastructure Engineers India LLP is expanding its Quantity Surveying department and invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of MEPF Manager (Pre-Construction).
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: Minimum 10 years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Degree
🌍 Preferred project experience: Europe, Middle East, USA and Australia
📐 Measurement standards: SMM7, NRM2, CSI and ASMM
Roles and responsibilities
🔹 MEPF quantities and BOQ: Carry out take-off and prepare detailed BOQs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting works
🔹 Cost estimation and budgets: Prepare estimates and cost plans from concept to detailed design
🔹 Tendering and procurement: Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, negotiate rates and recommend vendors
🔹 Rate analysis and benchmarking: Build rate databases, analyse market rates and benchmark costs
🔹 Value engineering and advice: Identify cost-saving options and advise design teams on cost impact
🔹 Tender reports and documents: Prepare scopes of work, tender comparisons and recommendation reports
🔹 Team leadership: Lead and mentor the QS team and coordinate with design and project teams
