Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air export operations and ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters and internal teams.
- Handle airline bookings, flight schedules and space confirmations.
- Monitor shipments from pickup to final departure and provide regular updates to customers.
- Review and ensure accuracy of AWB, invoices, packing lists and other export documentation.
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Negotiate freight rates and operational terms with airlines and vendors.
- Handle escalations and resolve shipment-related operational issues.
- Monitor team performance and support junior team members.
- Maintain service quality, turnaround times and operational profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines and overseas partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in air export freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of air freight documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong airline and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- Team-handling experience will be preferred.
