Job Description :
- Plan and perform monitoring activities to assess whether SoQM policies, procedures and controls are implemented and operating effectively.
- Obtain and evaluate appropriate evidence and document work performed.
- Identify and document monitoring findings, including their nature and significance.
- Work with stakeholders to develop practical, proportionate and sustainable remedial actions.
- Monitor remedial actions, maintain action trackers and escalate delays or concerns.
- Evaluate whether remedial actions have been implemented as intended and are effective.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative monitoring information and present insights to senior leaders and governance groups.
- Provide constructive challenge and practical insights to support continuous improvement in audit quality.
- Contribute to the wider Technical Team and the firm's audit quality strategy.
