Dimension Education is Hiring | SAP Education Sales Executive
📍 Pune | 💼 1–5 Years Experience
Dimension Education, an SAP Authorized Training Centre, is hiring an SAP Education Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive enrolments for SAP training and career-focused programs.
Dimension Education is backed by TechOrbit Solutions Private Limited, an SAP Gold Partner with experience across SAP consulting, implementation, data management, and enterprise technology services.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of SAP education, sales, and career development, while speaking with students, working professionals, institutions, and corporate teams.
What you’ll do
→ Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads
→ Speak with students and working professionals to understand their career goals
→ Recommend the right SAP training program based on their requirements
→ Conduct counselling sessions and program presentations
→ Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
→ Handle objections around fees, certification, career opportunities, and program outcomes
→ Convert qualified leads into paid enrolments
→ Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
→ Build relationships with colleges, universities, TPOs, HODs, and placement cells
→Explore opportunities for SAP workshops, seminars, campus programs, and corporate training
→ Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM/Excel
What we’re looking for
→ 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, education sales, IT training, edtech, recruitment, or technology services
→ Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
→ Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
→ Consultative approach to customer conversations
→ Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
→ Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, email, and WhatsApp
→ Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
