Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Business One Functional Consultant based in Bengaluru South. The consultant will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map them to SAP Business One functionalities, and design appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, testing, documentation, and supporting implementation and go-live activities. The role involves conducting user training, troubleshooting functional issues, coordinating with technical teams for enhancements, and ensuring solutions align with clients’ processes and growth objectives. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One modules (such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production) and their integration.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and documentation for ERP implementations.
- Ability to conduct functional testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support in a client-facing environment.
- Good understanding of core business processes in areas like accounting, supply chain, and operations, ideally within SMB or mid-market organizations.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; SAP Business One certification or formal training is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a SAP Business One consultant or in ERP functional roles is preferred; exposure to technology integration projects is beneficial.
