Role Description The Odoo Functional Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Odoo configurations and workflows. Daily responsibilities include conducting functional analysis, designing and testing solutions, preparing documentation, and providing user training and support. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure proper customization, integration, and deployment of Odoo modules. The consultant will also participate in ongoing improvements, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing implementations to maximize client value.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand requirements, map processes, and solve functional issues.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to analyze, design, and improve workflows across departments.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to advise clients, manage expectations, and drive ERP adoption.
- Candidates should possess Finance understanding to support accounting, invoicing, and related Odoo modules.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo (functional implementation, configuration, and testing) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with SMEs or enterprise clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, trading, or services is an advantage.
- Ability to document requirements, prepare user guides, and deliver training sessions in a clear and structured way.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Gandhinagar.
