Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an LS Central Functional Consultant. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into LS Central configurations and functional specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting workflows, designing and testing LS Central solutions, and supporting implementations and upgrades for retail, inventory, sales, and finance modules. The role involves collaborating with technical teams, preparing user training materials, and providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement recommendations. The consultant is expected to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ensure that implemented solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and design effective LS Central solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders, leading workshops, and documenting requirements and processes.
- Solid understanding of business processes, particularly in retail, inventory, sales, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
- Consulting skills to advise clients on best practices, solution options, and change management within LS Central implementations.
- Knowledge of finance processes and ERP concepts, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in software implementation projects, requirements gathering, testing, and user training is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in LS Central, Business Central, or related ERP systems are a plus.
