Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Odoo Functional Consultant role based in Kochi. The consultant will work with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo ERP solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, coordinating end-to-end ERP implementations, preparing functional specifications, and supporting data migration and testing. The role involves conducting user training, creating documentation, and providing post-go-live functional support to ensure smooth system adoption. The consultant will collaborate with technical teams, participate in process improvement initiatives, and help optimize ERP usage for better operational and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map client workflows to Odoo ERP modules.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Solid knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and best practices, preferably with Odoo or similar platforms.
- Foundational understanding of Finance processes (such as invoicing, accounts, and reporting) and their integration into ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to document functional requirements and workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients in a consulting or implementation environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness to learn and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
