Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role located in Kochi and Thiruvanathapuram. The Sales Staff member will welcome customers to the showroom, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options and features. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and financing options, preparing quotations, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Sales Staff member will also contribute to maintaining showroom standards, participating in promotional activities, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Effective communication skills in local languages.
- Sales aptitude, including negotiation skills, lead follow-up, and comfort working with targets and incentives.
- Basic understanding of automobiles, vehicle features, and financing options, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital tools used for CRM, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kochi, and Thiruvanathapuram including weekends or extended hours as required in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
