Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting Vardan.ai's solutions, and building lasting client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, developing and executing strategies, conducting product demonstrations, providing training sessions, and offering excellent customer service. The role involves consistent coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain effective dialogue with diverse client profiles
- Understanding of Sales strategies and Sales Management practices, including pipeline management and target achievement
- Experience in delivering training and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment in Jaipur
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tailored client solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the SaaS or CRM industry is an added advantage
