Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential buyers and investors, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through site visits, negotiations, and closing processes. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property listings, pricing, and regulations, as well as preparing documentation and ensuring smooth transaction workflows. The Real Estate Sales professional will build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide responsive customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide clear, timely information.
- Candidates should possess practical Real Estate knowledge, including local market insights and property valuation fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Relevant skills such as effective communication, interpersonal skills, and basic proficiency with CRM or property listing tools are beneficial.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate in Jaipur or similar markets is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
