Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Synergia Pac’s printing and packaging solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, addressing customer queries, and providing product-related guidance. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales targets, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company professionally at client visits and industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to deliver Training and support on products or solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exposure to Sales Management, including pipeline tracking and contributing to sales strategy.
- Relevant experience in printing, packaging, or related industries is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions and field visits in and around Gurugram.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and meet performance targets.
