Job Summary
We are hiring International Sales Specialists to handle international customers through a voice-based sales process. The role requires excellent English communication, strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer requirements, effectively pitch products or services, handle objections, and drive successful conversions.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Deliver effective sales pitches based on customer needs.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Negotiate effectively and use strong convincing skills to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow defined sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the required systems.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in international sales, BPO, tele-sales, inside sales, or voice-based sales will be preferred.
