Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Capital Optical in Jamkhandi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, conducting product training, and managing sales activities to meet targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in conducting product training
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
