About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who can take ownership of the sales journey—from identifying and qualifying leads to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
You’ll work closely with e-commerce brands to understand their needs, demonstrate how BuyerProof can help, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential e-commerce brand leads
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Explain the value of Buyer Generated Experience
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure
- Prepare proposals tailored to client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support customer onboarding and collaborate with internal teams
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and reports
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market presence
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process
- Experience in customer training or product education
- Understanding of sales or pipeline management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
