We're Hiring: Sales RevOps
We're hiring a Sales RevOps person to own the systems, data, and processes behind our sales engine, so our sales and cold-calling teams can focus on selling instead of fighting spreadsheets and broken CRM records.
Role details:
Full-time, permanent role
Hybrid
US shift
What you'll be doing:
Owning our CRM: keeping data clean, fields consistent, and pipelines accurate across the sales team
Research and list building: sourcing and researching prospects/companies to keep our pipeline fed with quality leads
Building and maintaining reporting and dashboards on outbound performance: calls made, replies, meetings booked, pipeline stage movement, conversion rates
Setting up and maintaining lead routing and follow-up processes, e.g. making sure every active deal has a follow-up task and nothing goes stale
Managing our sales tool stack (Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM, calling/SMS tools): logins, integrations, data syncs, and making sure the tools actually talk to each other
Documenting and improving sales processes: how leads move from sourced to called to booked to closed, and fixing the gaps
Supporting forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate, up-to-date numbers
Working closely with the cold-calling/SDR team and closing team to spot bottlenecks and fix them
Using AI tools to automate repetitive ops work (data cleanup, task creation, reporting) wherever it saves the team time
What we're looking for:
Prior experience as an SDR, or in Sales Ops/RevOps
Strong with spreadsheets and comfortable learning CRM/sales tools quickly (Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar)
Detail-oriented and process-minded. You notice when something's inconsistent and you fix it, not just flag it
Comfortable with research and prospecting: finding the right companies and contacts, not just managing data
Comfortable working with data: building reports, spotting trends, and translating numbers into "here's what we should do differently"
Good communicator. You'll be working across the sales team, not just behind a screen
Bonus: experience with automation tools or scripting to cut down manual ops work
Why join us:
Full-time role with medical insurance
High-ownership position. You'll directly shape how our sales team operates, not just support it
Work closely with both the outbound calling team and leadership on what's working and what's not
