Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Bhiwandi and. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting Byte Health’s solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Daily tasks include lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with service delivery, analyzing market trends, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth. The Sales Officer is expected to maintain high standards of customer service and uphold Byte Health’s commitment to inclusive health solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and effective Communication.
- Candidates should possess sales development capabilities, such as Lead Generation and Sales Operations.
- Candidates should possess experience in B2B sales, Insurance sales, Channel Sales and managing or supporting partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, and in preparing sales reports.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, health-tech, or field sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi and, meet field targets, and travel locally as required.
