Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Employee will identify and approach prospective customers, present product features and pricing, and support them in selecting suitable designer sheet solutions. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, meeting agreed sales targets, and providing regular updates and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage visits, track orders, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort working on-site, traveling locally for client meetings, and adapting to field-based work schedules.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office software for communication and reporting.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in building materials, industrial products, or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
