Sales & Marketing Associate — Remote (Full-time contract)
FirmSanad.com is a digital platform that helps foreign investors set up a company in Saudi Arabia — MISA investment licence, commercial registration, and bank account — through one online process instead of months of paperwork and intermediaries.
We are a small team, built and operated by JMM INNOVATIONS. We are looking for one person to own the day-to-day work of finding clients and partners, and telling our story clearly.
What you will do
- Respond to inbound enquiries from investors, understand what they need, and guide them to the right package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
- Run outbound outreach to law firms, accounting firms, consultants, and business advisors who serve clients wanting to enter the Saudi market.
- Support our partner programs — referral partners who earn commission, and resellers who serve their own clients through our platform.
- Write and schedule content: LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, short video captions, landing page copy.
- Keep every lead, conversation, and follow-up properly recorded so nothing is lost.
- Report weekly on what worked and what did not, using real numbers.
What we are looking for
- 3–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Written English that is clear and simple. Most of our clients are not native English speakers.
- Comfortable doing your own outreach research — we do not send mass-blast emails.
- Organised and self-directed. This role is remote, so we need someone who moves without being chased.
- Basic comfort with analytics: you can read a report and say what it means.
Nice to have
- Arabic, French, German, Hindi, or Urdu.
- Experience in company formation, corporate services, legal services, or fintech.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's investment environment or Vision 2030 reforms.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing tools.
