Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house helps, cooks, babysitters, caregivers, cleaners, and more.
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can contribute across both online and offline marketing, customer acquisition, sales, partnerships, and on-ground activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through online and offline channels.
- Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels.
- Visit residential societies, communities, and local businesses for on-ground outreach.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, social media, promotions, and referral initiatives.
- Identify and approach potential society, RWA, brand, and business partners.
- Convert leads into customers and drive bookings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate offline activations, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Track leads, conversions, campaigns, and sales performance.
- Research competitors, markets, and new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Work with the Founder, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams.
🧠 What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with both online and offline sales & marketing.
- Confident making calls and meeting customers or partners.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on-ground.
- Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
