About Battery Dost
Battery Dost is transforming electric mobility with its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) network for e-rickshaws, 2-wheelers, and cargo EVs. We provide 105Ah batteries on lease through a fast, reliable battery swapping network, helping drivers maximize uptime and earnings.
Role
We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to generate demand for our battery leasing and swapping services. You'll onboard drivers, fleet operators, and channel partners, conduct field sales, build local partnerships, and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for 105Ah battery leasing & BaaS plans
- Generate leads and onboard new customers
- Conduct product demos and customer training
- Build relationships with fleet operators and partners
- Collect market feedback and maintain CRM records
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales/marketing experience (EV, automotive, BFSI, telecom, or field sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field travel
- Graduate preferred
