Performance Marketing Executive – Mobile App Growth (Affiliate Marketing)
About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven professional to manage and scale mobile app growth campaigns across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mobile user acquisition, affiliate marketing, and app performance campaigns with a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Launch, manage, and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across global markets.
- Execute and scale CPI, CPA, CPR, and ROAS-based campaigns to achieve advertiser KPIs.
- Work closely with partners, DSPs, and OEMs such as Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, and other mobile inventory sources.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Mobile Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or App Growth.
- Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, MMP attribution, and app marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular platforms and proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with API integrations, campaign tracking, and measurement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work with global partners and agencies.
