Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire exclusive sole-selling mandates from top builders/developers.
Prepare pitch decks, commercial models, and project launch strategies.
Manage end-to-end developer relations and mandate agreements.
What We Expect:
4+ years of real estate business development / mandate sourcing experience.
Deep connections with developers in the Pune micro-market.
Excellent deal negotiation and presentation skills.
