### 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
👥 **Team Handling & Leadership**
* Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team
* Drive team performance and achieve monthly targets
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance
📊 **Target Management**
* Set and track individual & team sales targets
* Ensure consistent achievement of monthly revenue goals
* Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and performance
🔥 **Individual Contribution**
* First month will include an **individual sales target**
* Lead by example and actively participate in sales closures
### ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ 2–3+ years of experience in Sales / Team Handling
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
