Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Project Interior Designer will collaborate with project teams to develop interior concepts, plan spaces, and create detailed design documentation for residential projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring designs align with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves regular site visits to monitor design implementation, resolving design-related issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Interior Designer will also contribute to design presentations, material boards, and documentation that support client approvals and project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture-related coordination to ensure functional, aesthetic, and compliant layouts.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for residential projects.
- Relevant design software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop) and ability to produce clear drawings and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong visualization abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating residential interior projects.
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and current interior design trends; experience in real estate or residential development is an advantage.
