Role Description The Channel Sales Manager – Senior Living Project is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners for senior living projects, ensuring strong coverage and performance across assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing channel sales strategies, driving revenue growth through partner networks, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, providing training and support, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, marketing, and product updates. The Channel Sales Manager also addresses partner and customer inquiries, resolves escalations, prepares sales reports, and contributes insights to enhance the senior living offering.
Qualifications
- Experience in channel-focused environments, including Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners.
- Proven background in direct and indirect Sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Skills in Sales Management, including planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with an emphasis on relationship-building and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of real estate, senior living, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as required for partner and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
