📍 Location: Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Proven experience in Real Estate Sales with a strong track record of revenue generation
✔ Expertise in residential and/or commercial property sales
✔ Strong channel partner management and business development experience
✔ Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience leading sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring
✔ Strategic mindset with strong market understanding and analytical capabilities
Additional Requirements by Role
Manager / Senior Manager – Sales
- 7–10 years of real estate sales experience
- Strong focus on sales execution, lead conversion, and team management
AGM / General Manager – Sales
- 12–15 years of experience in real estate sales leadership
- Proven success in managing large teams, channel sales, and high-value revenue targets
AVP / VP – Sales
- 15+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership
- Expertise in strategic sales planning, revenue growth management, business expansion, and organizational leadership
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
