Syncro AI Solutions is hiring 2 Sales Executives for a client, Lansky Productions, to manage registrations for the GRACE & GLORY MR • MISS • MRS INDIA WORLD 2026–27 beauty pageant.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact interested candidates, explain the event, address their queries, and successfully convert inquiries into paid registrations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call leads are generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Explain the event details, eligibility criteria, registration process, benefits, and participation opportunities.
- Build rapport with prospective participants and confidently answer their questions.
- Convince eligible candidates to complete their registration for the event.
- Follow up with interested candidates until the registration process is completed.
- Guide participants through the online registration and payment process whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and registration status.
- Achieve daily and monthly registration targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and event management teams for lead updates and campaign support.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after registration.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, admissions, or sales will be an added advantage.
