Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Implementation Data Management Specialist located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, planning and executing data migration tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Daily tasks will include collection of data, analysis of data, alignment with ERP modules, providing user support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Planning
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge in P2I, H2R, A2D and other functions to assist in data management and reporting
- Customer Service skills to support users and resolve their queries
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Prior experience with ERP implementation and data management or Projects related to it
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
- Willing to travel across locations for implementation process
