JOB DESCRIPTION
- dentify and approach new HORECA customers.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers and food-service outlets.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Promote and sell food products, ingredients, seasonings, sauces, frozen foods, etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Preferred profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in HORECA/FMCG/Food Ingredients/Food Service sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Knowledge of the local hotel/restaurant market is an advantage.
