Job Summary
We are looking for high-performing Ad Sales professionals with proven expertise in CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, client acquisition, agency partnerships, and performance-based campaign sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for CPS & CPL campaigns.
- Acquire and manage advertisers, agencies, and affiliate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform Agency Mapping to identify potential partners and advertisers.
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations and sales pitches.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal campaign and account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, records, and business forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong expertise in Domestic CPS & CPL Campaigns (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of affiliate networks, media buying, and performance marketing ecosystem.
- Experience in Agency Mapping and Market Research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
