PurplePond is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Chennai.
This role is for you if you:
📈 Enjoy working with sales data and MIS reports.
💼 Have experience coordinating sales activities and supporting business teams.
💰 Are comfortable managing Accounts Receivable and following up on pending payments.

What you'll be doing:
• Coordinate day-to-day Insurance and Investment sales activities.
• Track sales leads, proposals, policy issuance, and investment transactions.
• Follow up on pending documentation and ensure timely completion of sales processes.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and coordinate payment collections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance and collections.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and payment records.
• Support Sales, Finance, and Operations teams with coordination and documentation.
• Assist management with reports, dashboards, and business insights.
We'd love to meet you if you:
✔ Have 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, Accounts Receivable, or Sales Support.
✔ Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Have experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, or Investment industry (preferred).
✔ Are organized, proactive, analytical, and customer-focused.
