Role Description
This is a full-time remote position as a Sales & Communication Intern at Impactful Pitch®. The intern will assist in client communication, support the sales team in identifying opportunities, conduct market research, and engage in customer service activities. Responsibilities will include helping to develop and deliver training materials, supporting sales process management, and fostering relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management techniques
- Experience in Training and the ability to deliver educational content effectively
- Effective organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms is a plus
- Enthusiasm for startups, fundraising, and helping entrepreneurs succeed
