🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Pharma GCC AI Sales Leader with strong pharmaceutical sales expertise and experience in technology, software, or SaaS solution selling.
The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, engage pharma decision-makers, build a strong sales pipeline, and promote AI-driven solutions to pharmaceutical companies and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive B2B sales and business development across pharma, healthcare, and GCC accounts.
✅ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospecting.
✅ Engage key decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
✅ Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting using HubSpot CRM.
✅ Present AI, SaaS, technology services, and relevant pharma solutions.
✅ Drive negotiations, deal closures, and revenue targets.
⭐ Mandatory Requirements
🔹 5–15 years of relevant sales / business development experience.
🔹 Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical product sales.
🔹 Experience working with an IT services company, software company, digital agency, or SaaS business.
🔹 Strong outbound calling and cold-calling experience.
🔹 Practical working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
🔹 Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
🔹 Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales KPIs, and close business opportunities.
Preferred: Experience selling to large pharma organizations or Pharma GCCs, exposure to AI / SaaS solutions, and international client handling across the US, Europe, or the Middle East.
