We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Meet with architects, interior designers, builders, hotel owners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Smart Home Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Security Systems, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
Preferred Candidate
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and client meetings.
- Willing to travel frequently within Vijayawada and nearby regions.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is required.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada.

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
