AJ Metal Building Services is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Executive who understands the U.S. steel construction, PEMB, structural steel, and detailing market.
We are looking for someone who can help us build meaningful relationships with U.S. fabricators, contractors, PEMB companies, and engineering/detailing firms.
🔹 #REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of the U.S. steel construction / PEMB market
- Experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
- Ability to identify and connect with U.S. fabricators, contractors, PEMB companies, and engineering firms
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, lead generation, and client communication
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in steel detailing / structural steel / PEMB industry preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Good understanding of B2B sales and international client communication
🔹 #RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market
- Identify potential PEMB, structural steel, and engineering clients
- Conduct LinkedIn, email, and other B2B outreach
- Connect with U.S. fabricators, contractors, engineers, and building companies
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Introduce AJ Metal Building Services' design, detailing, and project support services
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified opportunities
- Maintain lead and client records
- Contribute to company growth and expansion in the U.S. market
