Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and builders.
- Identify and connect with new developers and generate business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct regular developer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in developer companies.
- Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and networking meets to build industry connections.
- Understand developer requirements and convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain a database of developers, projects, meetings, and leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate business development/sales.
- Strong network and relationships with real estate developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting senior-level developers and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for developer meetings and business development activities.
Preferred: Candidates with an existing network of real estate developers/builders will be given preference
