ABOUT NAVAVEDAM WELLNESS
Navavedam Wellness is a modern wellness brand rooted in ancient wisdom, focused on pure, gentle and long-lasting skin and hair care. We create natural, handcrafted formulations that support overall well-being through consistent, ritual-based routines rather than quick fixes.
Our product ecosystem spans face care, hair and scalp care, body care and herbal wellness blends, all designed to work in harmony with the body. We are committed to sustainability, with biodegradable, plastic-free packaging, ethically sourced ingredients and small-batch production. We serve people who value mindful living, natural alternatives and long-term wellness over short-term trends.
We sell directly to customers online ( www.navavedamwellness.com ), and we are now building a strong offline sales channel alongside it. Bangalore is where this channel starts, and this team will be the one to build it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a ground-up, on-pop up stall sales role for someone starting their career. You will take our wellness kits to two kinds of customers: companies that buy them as gift hampers for employees and clients, and people who discover us at our stalls and pop-up stores in apartments, commercial complexes and campuses.
We are deliberately hiring fresh graduates. We will train you on the products, the pitch and the process. What we need from you is energy, the confidence to start conversations with strangers, and the discipline to follow up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Corporate sales – wellness kits as gift hampers
• Prospect. Identify and reach out to companies in Bangalore through HR, Admin, Procurement and Employee Engagement teams, using LinkedIn, calls, emails, references and walk-ins.
• Pitch. Present our wellness kits as gifting options for festivals, employee onboarding, rewards and recognition, wellness weeks and client gifting.
• Propose. Understand budget, quantity and customization needs (kit contents, packaging, co-branding), and prepare proposals and quotations with support from the team.
• Close. Follow up consistently, handle objections, share samples and convert enquiries into confirmed bulk orders.
• Retain. Coordinate with operations on order fulfilment and delivery, and stay in touch with clients to win repeat orders in every gifting season.
2. Community retail – stalls and pop-up stores
• Find venues. Scout and shortlist high-footfall venues: residential apartment communities, commercial complexes and tech parks, and educational institutions.
• Get access. Speak to apartment associations, facility managers and institute administrators to secure permissions, dates and space at a reasonable cost.
• Sell on the ground. Set up and run the stall: display, product demos, explaining benefits, billing and collecting payments.
• Build the base. Collect customer contacts with consent, and guide them to our online store for repeat purchases through QR codes and offers.
• Close the day. Manage stall stock, reconcile cash and UPI collections the same day, and report sales after every activation.
3. Pipeline, reporting and market feedback
• Maintain an up-to-date lead and activity tracker for every company contacted and every venue activated.
• Share a short weekly report covering meetings, proposals, orders, stall sales and learnings.
• Bring back what you hear on the ground: customer questions, price feedback, competitor activity, and which kits sell best where.
4. Working across the team
We are a lean team where everyone contributes beyond a narrow job title. You will work with marketing on brochures, standees and offers, and with the social media team to capture photos and stories from corporate events and stalls.
