**Solve LegalX (A Unit of Solve Axis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.)** is a growing online legal and compliance services company serving clients across India.
We are looking for **confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Associates** to join our in-house sales team.
### 💼 Position: Sales Associate
🔹 **Experience:** 1–3 Years
🔹 **Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Fixed + **Attractive Incentives**
🔹 **Job Type:** Full-Time | Work from Office
🔹 **Role:** In-house Sales / Telecalling
### 🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–3 years of experience in **Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Business Development**
✅ Candidates from the **Banking, Finance, and BPO industries are preferred**
✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills
✅ Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities
✅ Comfortable working in a **target-driven environment**
✅ Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented
✅ Training will be provided on our services and sales process
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound sales calls and connect with potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and explain our legal & compliance services
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain lead, call and follow-up records in CRM
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team targets
