SWIQ — Skip The Wait is hiring a Sales Agent in Jodhpur!
We're a fast-growing appointment booking startup helping clinics, salons, spas, and service businesses eliminate waiting lines and delight their customers.
We're looking for a hungry, self-driven Sales Agent to join our ground team and be the face of SWIQ in your city.
What you'll do:
• Generate 60+ leads per month through field visits, networking, and cold outreach
• Convert 30+ businesses into paying subscribers every month
• Onboard clients — set up profiles, configure availability, activate subscriptions
• Provide hands-on support: setup assistance, query resolution, complaint handling
• Visit clients for follow-ups, service maintenance, and relationship building
• Track leads, visits, and conversions using company tools
What you'll earn:
• Fixed salary: ₹10,000/month
• Travel allowance: ₹3,000/month
• Commission: 10% on every subscription you close (uncapped)
• Total realistic earnings: ₹15,000 — ₹40,000+/month depending on performance
What we're looking for:
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Comfortable with field visits and target-based work
• Own vehicle (bike preferred)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• 12th pass minimum; graduate preferred
• Prior sales/B2B experience is a plus, not required
Working hours:
Monday — Saturday, 10 AM — 7 PM
Location: On-Site, Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
