Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The specialist will generate and qualify leads, conduct sales meetings and presentations, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and executing marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves providing product and service information, delivering customer-focused solutions, and assisting with training sessions for clients or internal teams. The specialist will collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, prepare reports, and help drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product or service demonstrations and support onboarding of clients or team members.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing principles and comfort with using digital tools or CRM software.
