RK Advisory is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to work directly with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a typical sales job.
You’ll be part of a growing startup and work closely with the Founder to build, execute and improve strategies that directly contribute to business growth.
What will you work on?
🔹 Sales & Business Development
• Handle and convert inbound leads
• Build sales strategies and improve conversion
• Understand customer needs and improve the sales process
• Explore new channels for lead generation and business development
🔹 Marketing & Growth
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Work on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital channels
• Identify new growth opportunities
• Track campaign performance and improve results
🔹 Content & Personal Branding
• Create ideas for LinkedIn and social media content
• Work closely with the Founder on content strategy
• Convert market insights, student stories and business updates into engaging content
🔹 Founder’s Office
• Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → results
• Analyse what is working and what needs to change
• Get exposure to how a startup is actually built and scaled
Who are we looking for?
Someone who is:
✅ 0–2 years of experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Interested in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship
✅ Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
✅ Curious, proactive and willing to experiment
✅ Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred, but we value attitude, execution and learning ability more than just a degree.
