Job description
Location: South Mumbai
Reporting To: Sales Director
I. Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, highly polished Relationship & Alliance Lead. In this role, you
will act as a peer-level private advisor to Mumbai's ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families,
corporate leaders, and industry tastemakers. Your primary responsibility is to nurture our
promoter-led referral pipeline, guide prospects through a sensory, on-site customer journey,
and close high-value residency and club access agreements.
This is a consultative, non-transactional relationship management role externally, backed by a
highly disciplined, target-driven sales framework internally.
II. Key Responsibilities
- 1. Promoter & Alliance Management (The Pipeline)
- Nurture Referral Loops: Serve as the primary custodian of our existing promoter network (current members, luxury brand partners, and elite social advocates).
- B2B Strategic Alliances: Build and manage relationships with premium corporate networks, luxury concierge services, family offices, and elite sports academies to secure a steady flow of high-value introductions.
- Warm Handoff Execution: Execute a strict 24-hour response protocol on all promoter referrals, initiating contact with high-touch, bespoke communication.
2. Experiential Sales & Journey Curation
Own the Resident Journey: Personally guide prospective residents and club access seekers through their end-to-end journey from Mumbai to Alibaug (handling logistics, private speedboat transit, and arrival rituals).
Host On-Site Open Houses: Orchestrate and host intimate, sensory-optimized weekend Open House events at the ACC Alibaug estate, presenting the physical assets, longevity spa, and sports complex.
Consultative Closing: Lead high-level financial and lifestyle presentations, shifting the buyer focus from passive property ownership to the practical, frictionless benefits of the Villa Residency and Club Access.
3. Operational Discipline & CRM
CRM Integrity: Meticulously track and manage all leads, communications, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
Continuous Upskilling: Commit to learning the deep scientific and operational concepts behind the club's wellness pillars (longevity, contrast therapy, metabolic nutrition) to speak with authority to discerning clients.
III. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be evaluated on your ability to balance elite relationship building with robust commercial output:
Promoter Network Growth: Number of new active brand promoters onboarded and successfully generating warm referrals.
Open House Conversion: Percentage of invited Open House guests successfully converted into closed accounts.
Pipeline Velocity: Average time taken to move a warm referral through the customer journey to a finalized contract.
IV. Candidate Profile & Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven success in luxury sales, private wealth management, luxury hospitality (five-star hotels/resorts), or high-end membership sales.
- A demonstrated track record of building relationships with and closing high-value transactions among Mumbai's elite.
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field Certifications or a strong personal background in fitness, wellness, or sports is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies
Exceptional Communication: Flawless English, highly refined soft skills, and natural conversational gravitas.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to listen deeply, understand psychological motivators, and build immediate, peer-level trust with UHNW clients.
Professionalism: Impeccable personal grooming, body language, and
professional boundaries.
V. What We Offer
A competitive fixed salary plus an aggressive, capped commission structure based on high-value contract closures.
Direct mentorship from the Sales Director and Pre-Sales & Resident Experience
The opportunity to represent a pioneering, market-disrupting brand at the forefront of the luxury longevity real estate boom in India.
