Rooftop Solar Sales Manager - C&I and Residential
Green Sparrow Solar Nest (P) Ltd.
📍 Chennai | Full-time
GSSN is expanding its Chennai Rooftop Solar business and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our C&I and Residential rooftop sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Chennai rooftop sales target and pipeline
• Develop and close C&I rooftop solar opportunities
• Lead a small team covering C&I Sales, Residential Sales and Lead Generation
• Handle key customer meetings, proposals and negotiations
• Coordinate with Design, Costing and Execution teams
• Maintain CRM, follow-ups and sales forecasts
• Ensure profitable order booking and strong customer relationships
Candidate Profile
• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience
• Rooftop Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical / Industrial Sales experience preferred
• Strong ability to independently develop leads, negotiate and close business
• Experience handling commercial and industrial customers
• Good understanding of solar economics, EB bills and project proposals
• Strong ownership, communication and team-management skills
• Chennai market experience will be an advantage
Compensation
