We're Hiring | Retail Store Manager - Pune
Are you passionate about retail, customer experience, and leading high-performing teams?
Gokyo is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our Wakad, Pune store.
What you'll do:
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensure stock accuracy, store standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Train, mentor, and develop the store team while maintaining operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, including experience managing a store or leading a retail team.
• Experience in apparel, sports, or outdoor retail will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.
📍 Location: Wakad, Pune
💼 Experience: 3–5 years
💰 Salary: As per industry standards
