We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Store Lead – Styling & Operations to lead our Pune experience store. If you love fashion, enjoy styling clients, and have a flair for sales and operations, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Customer Styling & Sales
- Provide personalized styling consultations to customers.
- Recommend outfits and accessories based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Convert walk-ins and enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and customer-ready at all times.
- Maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Inventory Management
- Manage outfit bookings, trials, returns, alterations, and quality checks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock movement between stores.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of premium designer outfits.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the store team.
- Train team members on styling, customer service, and operational processes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
📈 Business Development
- Build relationships with wedding planners, photographers, makeup artists, and other local partners.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities.
- Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and memberships.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or customer-facing sales.
- Previous experience leading a retail store or team is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer applications.
