Role Description The Resort Manager role at AMWORLD FOODCOURT is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Resort Manager oversees daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences, resolving service issues, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. The role also involves monitoring budgets, controlling costs, supporting marketing initiatives, and implementing service improvements aligned with the company’s smart dining philosophy. The Resort Manager collaborates with leadership to drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction while fostering an inclusive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest expectations and handle escalations effectively.
- Experience in Property Management, including oversight of facilities, housekeeping standards, and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to track expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring, onboarding, and supervising diverse resort staff teams.
- Relevant experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven hospitality environment.
