Role Description The Reservations Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling incoming reservation inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and assisting customers with booking and modifications in a timely and accurate manner. The agent will manage phone, email, and in-person communication, perform basic receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and handling front desk queries, and maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also include promoting available offerings, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of customer service. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support operational workflows, and meet individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience throughout the reservation process.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and basic Sales skills to manage bookings, suggest suitable options, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk management, visitor handling, and coordination of calls and messages.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with reservation or CRM software, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
