Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the recruiter will market bench IT consultants to US clients and vendors, identify suitable opportunities, and build relationships with hiring managers and staffing partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying requirements, matching available consultants, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. The recruiter will maintain and update candidate and client records, track submissions, and follow up to close placements while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying informed about US IT market trends, and meeting performance targets related to submissions, interviews, and hires.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment skills, including bench sales, consultant marketing, and client/vendor relationship building.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, covering sourcing, screening, presenting, negotiating, and onboarding US IT professionals.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with the ability to nurture long-term client and vendor partnerships and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
- Experience with US staffing processes, time zones, and work authorization types (e.g., H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and CRM tools, along with strong MS Office and data management skills, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in US IT staffing or bench sales.
