Job Description-
- Achieve monthly and annual premium targets (ANP, case count, persistency).
- Conduct joint calls with branch staff for high-value prospects.
- Drive cross-selling of life insurance products to bank customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff.
- Train and motivate bank employees to actively sell insurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, new business).
